Today I have a great study I found about the domestic violence in the National Football League (NFL) which I would like to share with you! I already used some information in the post „my view“ from this study, but I need to tell you more about it. The purpose of this study was to see if there was a link between domestic violence incidences involving National Football League (NFL) players and the league's popularity. With increasing media attention on players' off-field exploits, there was a risk that players committing horrible crimes like domestic abuse would have an impact on how consumers consumed NFL merchandise. (Coyne, 2017). It is not about football, like most of my posts are, but it is about American Football, which I also find very interesting, and there is ton of violence. It goes with the game, but on the pitch, it is acceptable, but with limits! The players are violent, but in respectful way. You should definitely check this study out, because it has many great and intereseting informations and very surprising results.
